Tu Aashiqui (English: You, my love) is a 2017 Indian musical romance television show based on two lovers' effort to unite.It is produced by Mahesh Bhatt under Gurudev Bhalla production house. The show has been stated to be inspired from the American film Endless Love.It stars Jannat Zubair Rahmani and Ritvik Arora in the leads as Pankti and Ahaan respectively.

The series premiered on Colors TV on 20 September 2017and all the episodes are also available on Voot.

Synopsis

The story revolves around a beautiful young girl Pankti Sharma (Jannat Zubair Rahmani) and Ahaan Dhanrajgir (Ritvik Arora), a handsome kind-hearted musician. Ahaan falls in love with Pankti at first sight. But life doesn't seem easy to them. Pankti's mother Anita Sharma (Gauri Pradhan Tejwani) is a failed actress of her time and has no money to fullfill her wishes. She is a self-obsessed woman that can do anything for money. So she has sold her own daughter Pankti to the rich and cruel man Jayant Dhanrajgir (Rahil Azam) a.k.a J.D, in order to live a luxurious life, forcing her daughter to become a prostitute of a manipulative married man who tortures Pankti and makes her life a living hell. He manipulates her in every ways and never lets her to leave the house. Ahaan, who happens to be J.D's nephew, appears in Pankti's life with an intention to take her out of the hell and make her dreams come true. The show focuses on the conflict between J.D. and Ahaan. Before there conflict it was a secret that J.D. had a mistress who was none other that Pankti. Ahaan fell madly in love with her but she was not ready because of the hell she is living in. Soon Ahaan realizes JD's true face and defends Pankti in front of his family. The Dhanrajgirs too get to know JD's real face. Sheetal (JD's wife) threatens of divorcing JD, however JD makes her slip into coma by some medicines. After many struggles, Pankti now pursues her singing career with Ahaan's support while Anita has turned positive.
